Animation
Practice360 (P360) is a foundational learning program I helped design to give new hires a clear understanding of how healthcare practices operate and how Nextech solutions support the end-to-end patient journey. In Phase I, learners engage with scenario-based experiences, including specialty pathways like plastics, to follow a complete visit and understand team roles, workflows, and the “why” behind each step. This animation is one of many I created for interactive Storyline experiences, later embedded within a Rise course to deliver a cohesive, engaging learning journey focused on real-world impact and business outcomes.
Interactive Modules
This is an interactive original illustration of the Globe Theatre, created completely in Inkscape, a free and open-source graphics editor, similar to Adobe Illustrator, and then imported into Articulate Storyline to create the interactivity.
As part of the Practice360 (P360) program, I designed an interactive module focused on the plastic surgery consult journey, helping learners understand how workflows, team roles, and decision-making unfold across a single patient experience. Through scenario-based storytelling, learners follow a consult from initial engagement through post-visit coordination, reinforcing how Nextech solutions support each stage of the journey.
These two Articulate Storyline sections are part of a larger series. These two featured interactions are some of many I developed using Storyline, paired with Vyond animation and embedded within a Rise course to create a cohesive, immersive learning experience focused on real-world application and business impact.
Business Writing Mini-Course
The Customer Support department, which included many new hires without prior corporate experience, requested an asynchronous "Grammar for Business Writing Soft-Skills" course. It was determined that some employees lacked basic business writing skills, so a series of self-paced business writing modules was created. This excerpt is from one of those modules, which addresses common grammar errors found in workplace writing.
e-Learning Module
This was a sample created for a SaaS company to introduce their product line to new/potential clients. It is an interactive module with a voiceover and script. It contains original graphics created with Adobe Illustrator. Launch it as a PowerPoint presentation with audio on for best viewing.
